OVERVIEW Guests have exclusive access to the entire Keuka Cove House, a restored 1894 lake property designed for large family gatherings, wedding weekends, wine trips, reunions, Keuka College visits, and group getaways. The home is rented to one group at a time and is never shared with another guest group. The flexible four-unit layout gives groups room to gather together while still offering separate sleeping and living areas for privacy. The home comfortably sleeps 16 guests in provided beds. Up to 20 overnight guests may be considered with host approval when guests provide their own additional sleeping setup. AMENITIES & SPACES Guests enjoy access to multiple kitchens and kitchenette spaces, spacious gathering areas, two large covered decks near the house, a boathouse lounge deck by the water, private lakefront access, dock use, seasonal kayaks, two fire pits, starter firewood, two grills, yard games, Wi-Fi throughout the property, YouTube TV/cable-style streaming, washer/dryer access, starter essentials, and a detailed house manual. KITCHENS, BATHROOMS & STARTER SUPPLIES The kitchens are stocked with essentials for group stays, including cookware, utensils, plates, glassware, microwaves, coffee makers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and basic kitchen supplies. Bathrooms include towels, starter toiletries, and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. Starter supplies are provided to help make arrival easier, including paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, trash bags, linens, towels, and other basic essentials to get your stay started. LAKEFRONT ACCESS The main house sits across the road from the private lakefront, dock, beach, boathouse, and kayak area. Guests access the lakefront by the marked walking path. Lakefront access is walking access only; guests may not drive or park in the lakefront access driveway. Seasonal amenities, including the dock, boathouse, kayaks, outdoor furniture, and firewood, may vary based on weather and stay dates.
